Executive Committee Resolution
April 26, 2006

Pursuant to Article IV Section 7 of the Party Bylaws, the following Resolution was adopted by unanimous written consent of the State Executive Committee on April 26, 2006:

Resolution to Call a State Convention

Resolved that the America First Party of Mississippi Executive Committee hereby calls a state convention for May 13, 2006 at 12:30 p.m. in Greenwood, Mississippi, to be held at the Crystal Grill restaurant at 423 Carrollton Avenue. The Chairman and Treasurer shall make the appropriate notice to the members as required by the Party's Bylaws, and shall have the authority to set a tentative agenda for the convention.
